Virtual Mentorship and Career Success

ViacomCBS had planned to launch a mentorship program later this year but has now accelerated their launch date due to the pandemic. The value of mentoring and coaching is being recognized as a key career success factor and not just for advancement and promotions; mentor programs support a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

However, many organizations either don't have a mentoring program or have scrapped it after furloughing or laying off workers.
