Arche is a career design platform that helps people architect, navigate and advance their career path with expert advice and tools to support a job search, interview preparation, professional branding, salary negotiations, and career advancement.
We care a lot about our mentees; their coaching experience and career development. People who have access to a mentor or coach improve their performance, their confidence, and even their happiness.
We launched Arche in 2018 and are growing quickly. We are now building out our career mentor and coaching team and are looking for experienced professionals to join us!

ROLE
What you'll do
The role of a Career Mentor and Coach is to help others gain career confidence, and provide insight, encouragement and inspiration in career growth.

Provide top tier 1:1 career mentoring and coaching via phone or video conference
Help mentees identify their career goals to best impact their job search and career growth. Provide guidance on professional development and skill development
Share your insights and experience in the areas of job search, resume review, networking, interview preparation, offer evaluation, salary negotiations, job relocation, professional branding, finances, managing and leading a team, career fit, career exploration and career transitions, freelancing and entrepreneurship, professional development, public speaking and presentations, and work life balance
Partner with mentees to set clear objectives and measures; monitor progress and results; designs feedback loops into work
May participate in the development of our content creation such as eguides, learning materials, webinars, podcasts or blog posts
May present as part of our online learning platform in webinars, podcasts and networking events
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll bring
Prior experience in HR, recruiting, talent development, learning development or career coaching working at a mid to senior level
Prior experience in start-ups, or as a founder or entrepreneur is a plus
HR or coaching certification is a plus.
Ability to motivate others and give constructive, positive feedback to people of diverse professional backgrounds
Creativity and resourcefulness in your advice and guidance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, mentoring and leadership skills.
